Following the intervention of the Commissioner, Ofcom provided some of the information requested and refused the rest under section 12. The Commissioner finds that section 12 has been applied correctly but that Ofcom failed to comply with sections 1 and 17 in its initial response. These breaches have since been remedied and no further action is required
