College of further education

• Dundee College (renamed by SI 1993/1891)
• Dumfries and Galloway College of Technology
• Elmwood College
• Forth Valley College of Further and Higher Education (renamed by SI 1995/2960 and SSI 2005/317)
• Fife College of Further and Higher Education (renamed by SI 1993/1891)
• Glasgow College of Building and Printing
• Glasgow College of Food Technology

All of these seem to be already covered by FOISA by virtue of being institutions in receipt of SFC funding.
