Joint waste authority

FOIA Schedule 1 Part II includes:
- 15A - An authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities) (added by Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007)
As of early 2011, none of these seem to exist, but the old Defra Web site has some information about setting them up.
