England and Wales

There are now four active Inns of Court in England and Wales:

• The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn
• The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple (see below)
• The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (see below)
• The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn

Local authorities:

• Sub-Treasurer of the Inner Temple
• Under-Treasurer of the Middle Temple

Northern Ireland

No Inns of Court but does have a Faculty of Advocates.
