Conservation boards established under section 86 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 are included in Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. There are currently only 2 Conservation Boards:
- Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Conservation Board (established by SI 2004/1777)
- Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Conservation Board (established by SI 2004/1778)
WhatDoTheyKnow currently classifies these alongside National Park Authorities.
