The Commissioner finds breaches of section 1(1) (b) and 10(1) in not providing this information within twenty working days of receiving the requests for information. The outstanding information consisted of the PG9 notices themselves, to which the public authority applied sections 43(2) and 31(1)(g). The Commissioner has determined that the public authority has applied section 31(1)(g) correctly. He finds breaches of sections 17 in failing to cite an exemption on which it has later relied. He requires no remedial steps to be taken in this case.
