This Order designates as public authorities The Association of Chief Police Officers of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, The Financial Ombudsman Service Limited and the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service. The functions with respect of which the bodies are subject to the Act are listed in column 2 of the Schedule.
